Notification of Payment Failure:
Upon the third failed payment, you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal indicating a problem processing your payment.
Your account will be suspended.
You will to pay the nonrefundable “Failed Payment Fee” associated with your membership.
Account Suspension:
After the third failed payment, your account will be suspended. This includes:
–Access to Delivered Mail: Your access to any delivered mail will be restricted.
–Private Office: Access to your Private Office will be suspended.
–Building and Amenities: Full access to the building and all amenities and services will be revoked.
Failed Payment Fee:
A nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” will be added to your membership.
Reactivation of Account:
To reactivate your account and regain access to the building, offices, and services, you must:
Bring your account current by paying the outstanding amount.
Private office and Shared Desk memberships: $50 non refundable reactivation fee.
Virtual and Virtual Mail Memberships: $25 non refundable reactivation fee.
