Members may cancel their membership with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, regardless of their tier or term. Please note:
- You must submit a help desk at nuvodesk.com
- Once the 30-day notice period ends, members cannot reinstate their previous membership terms. They would need to start a new membership with new terms.
- For term memberships not yet completed, the final payment will include the 30-day cancellation notice-fee plus an additional month of the Monthly Membership Fees. If the cancellation occurs close to the end of the term, the additional month’s fee will be prorated accordingly.
- Previous specials and grandfathered prices will not be retained after cancellation. To keep their current membership terms, members must continue their membership until the end of the 30-day notice period.
